Orem Film Festival is proud to announce Rat Rod as part of the official selection for OFF 2025. The film follows Jorge Ramirez, a mechanic in rural Utah whose story of immigration and love for motors becomes a moving reflection on life, death, and what it means to find belonging in a new place.

Directed by Jared and Carly Jakins, whose work has been featured on PBS and POV, Rat Rod offers an honest and personal look at the experiences of rural communities in the American West.
