By making a purchase from the Orem Film Festival Store, you agree to these terms.
Payment & Orders All payments are processed securely through Squarespace. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Shipping Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $70. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Refunds are only provided for defective products or order errors. Please contact us at trevor@oremfilmfestival.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe your item is defective or incorrect.
Product Descriptions We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur.
Limitation of Liability The Orem Film Festival is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased through our store.
